Welcome to my online journal. I'm not a fan of the old fashioned kind, because I'm a bit OCD. That being the case, I tend to get irritated when my handwriting isn't consistent. It's amazing how much it changes depending on mood, time, and energy. Doing this online keeps me from ripping out pages and rewriting (yes I do that). So enjoy the ride... sometimes it may not make sense.

HCG Progress

Okay I've been horrible about writing, but hey life is crazy that way... so I have 8 days left of taking the hcg supplement, then 3 additional days after that before I go to phase 2 of the diet. So where do I stand right now? I've lost 20.6#. I should lose about another 7-10 over the next 11 days. I'm in LA right now and my clothes are falling off. When I get back home it's time to move down to the next size in all of my skinny clothes. I'm 5# away from my pre-pregnancy weight (that was 7 years ago - YIKES!!!)

HCG Food I Get To Eat!!!!

Okay... so here's a run down on what I've been eating. Keep in mind I'm doing 42 days and eliminating the foods that aren't for Opos blood type:

Meats (3.5oz) - Beef (extra lean), Buffalo, Veal, Chicken Breast (boneless/skinless), Wild Chilean Sea Bass, Wild Flounder, Wild Sole, Wild Halibut

Vegetables (2 cups NO MIXING) - Lettuce (any kind), Spinach, Asparagus, Tomotoes

Fruits - Apple (medium), Grapefruit (1/2 of a med), Strawberries (handful)

Grain - Grissini Breadstick (1), Melba Toast (2 small round or 1 rectangular)

I eat 1 from each group twice a day. Walden Farms has a line of sauces, dressings, and dips that are okay in small quantities.

I know this doesn't look like alot, but once I got through the first two days of carb/chocolate withdrawl, I was good.

Fuzzy Bunny Getting Fit

Okay... this blog was supposed to be my online journal for crazy. Really got distracted over the last year with ALOT of "stuff". So I decided to start today. Why? Well, I decided to do this hcg diet thing. Kind of tired of being a little fluffy (LOL, get it? Bunny, fluffy. Seriously - not as funny if I have to explain it to you)

Anyway, so I'm going on day 12. How has it been? Well I'm down 10lbs. Before we go any further I need to lose about 30-40, so don't get this idea that I'm the size of a house. However, lets be honest, I could stand to get in better shape. So... I was 10.8lbs down, but for some ungodly reason I gained back .8 - no bueno. Hopefully I just have too much hcg and cutting back this evening and tomorrow will get me back on track. God I hope so, because this morning when it went up again I was like WTF!!!

Well I'll check in tomorrow (or sooner if the voices feel like they have something to say LOL)
